Shipping took way longer than I expected, and the whole time I kind of felt like I was just a ticket number in their system. I didn’t get much of a real update, so I was left wondering when my order would actually show up.

I tried viome because I was hoping the personalized recommendations would give me something practical I could actually use day to day. The test itself was straightforward, so that part was fine, but the results took longer than I expected.

Once I got the recommendations, my experience was mixed. A few of the food suggestions made sense based on how I already know my body reacts, but others felt kind of random or didn’t really line up with how I normally eat. For the price, I wanted clearer explanations behind the advice. It wasn’t useless, but based on what I got out of it, I probably wouldn’t pay for it again.
